| My passion for the English Springer Spaniels began in 1996 with my first kennel of beauty and hunting but especially with my first dog: Gracieux. During this time, I acquired a female resulting of a French line: Cartouche. A beautiful bitch with a very soft temperament, sturdy build and gentle expression. In 2003, I meet a partner of life which loved the dogs. The Ambroisy Kennel thus began in 2004 with Cartouche and Cesar and is specialized in the breeding of English Springer Spaniels of beauty. | ||
We live in a small municipality of the area of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Saint-Ambroise, on a small farm of 130 acres. Our dogs thus have an immense playing field in order to fill their physical and mental need. We breed English Springer Spaniel because is endowed with style, symmetry, balance, and enthusiasm and is every inch a sporting dog of distinct spaniel character, combining beauty and utility. Moreover, our breeding is family raised with our family: Maxim, Danny, Mélina and Marc. The priority of our breeding is the temperament of our dogs. The typical springer is friendly, eager to please, quick to learn and willing to obey. The breeder responsibility is very important in the development of the puppy and on its socialization and we make sure that this role is well filled. The standard of the race is also very important for us. We participate at the canine show to obtain the championship for each one of our breeding dogs. Of course, obedience is also important and we educated this to them our self, on our pretty domain. | ||
